Clarke also makes some interesting comparisons between my book, Marg Hutton’s sievx.com website, and David Marr and Marian Wilkinson’s Dark Victory.

I would invite all those interested in the SIEV X history to read both essays, which together traverse important issues relating to the history of and the future judicial pursuit of the SIEV X question.
